BrandCove is a client portal platform designed specifically for freelance brand designers. Our Service enables you to manage proposals, share files, track project progress, handle approvals, and process payments with your clients in a unified workspace.

Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscription and Payments

BrandCove offers subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
• Uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Client Data and Confidentiality

As a platform for managing client work, you may share confidential information through BrandCove. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions to share client data
• You should not upload information that violates client confidentiality agreements
• We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
• You should maintain appropriate backups of critical project files

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service
• Extended periods of inactivity

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrandCove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Client disputes or loss of client relationships
• Project delays or missed deadlines
• Damage to professional reputation

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BrandCove from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including your clients.

Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use the Service after any revisions, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
